How to Play Online Craps
This casino game is played with dice and requires one or more players whose objective is to bet against the casino. For this reason it is sometimes referred to as bank craps. Learning how to play craps can be somewhat confusing but this basic overview will help give a better understanding of the well known game. Comprehending craps rules may take some time but it is worth it because it offers some of the best odds for casino players.
Starting with the fundamental rules of craps, it is a game played with two dice where the roller is called the shooter. All other players are betting on the shooter’s roll. The game is played in rounds, and the first roll of a round is called the “come-out roll.”
In the rules of craps, the shooter is determined in a clockwise rotation, and the next in line can always refuse to roll. On the first roll, called the “come-out roll,” the shooter must bet the table minimum on either the “Pass” line or the “Don’t Pass” line. The intention is to establish a point. When a come-out roll is a 2, 3 or 12, the player has “crapped out,” and the round is over with the players losing their bets. If a 7 or 11 is delivered on a come-out roll then it is called a “natural,” which rewards a win for pass line bets. If a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 is rolled, then this number becomes the point and the come-out roll is over. This point number is now the targeted roll, which would result in a win for the pass line. A roll of a seven is called a seven-out, and ends the round with the pass line losing. Then the next round starts again.
